I Teach, You Listen (read description!)

ok so after about 12-13 hours of drawing and painting i am finally done. this is a scene from my book where Aella is trying to teach Temari how to sense the vibrations in the ground using her skills as a Trathik ('earth movers'). i used a few different photoshop brushes that i downloaded from different deviants.

"Focus your spirit energy to your feet." the faun began. "And feel for the vibrations."

The Guardian stood next to the faun, blindfolded and waiting for more instructions.

"Are you feeling the vibrations?" Aella called out as she tapped the ground around Temari's feet with her stick.

"I think so." Temari answered.

"Great. Let's begin." With that the faun made some quick movements with her hands and feet and formed multiple rocks and began punching them towards Temari in quick succession. She was able to dodge the first few but was quickly knocked off balance.
Aella's groans could be overheard as she lept towards the girl and knocked her off her feet with her staff. Lying on her back Temari pulled off the bandana covering her eyes and pulled herself up to knees. The faun kneeled next to the girl, her blank eyes staring off into the distance and a scowl across her features.

"You focused too much on your surroundings and not on the vibrations!" Aella scolded, poking the girl's temple. "You have to think like a Trathik and less like an Fislaron*."

"Well, I'm sorry I can't sense the vibrations as well as you can!" Temari shouted.

"Then you need to try harder!" Aella shouted back. The faun turned away and rubbed her temple mumbling, "This is going to be a long day."

*Fislarons are the name for wielders of light, commonly used to refer to the light guardian as typically the only light wielders are the light guardians
